General Information

We are holding the show on Saturday 10 March.  The judge is TBC

On Sunday 11 March exhibitors are invited to showcase and promote their animals and their studs.  To support the A&H Association we would like as many alpacas to be there on Sunday as possible, this will be a great opportunity for you to sell animals and promote your stud generally, to other breeders and to the public.  You may also exhibit and sell product made from your fleeces.  We are again running a “cutest cria” competition on Sunday just for fun, which is sponsored by Agrisea NZ Ltd (with prizes in several categories) and is to be judged by a celebrity judge.  The cria does not need to be halter trained because the competition will be held in a secure pen, nor does the cria have to be registered.  If you wish to bring a cria on Sunday but are not entering the show on Saturday you may do so if space permits; please liaise with the convenor a week before the show.  You must be an AANZ member with a current TB certificate and you will have to bring a copy of the TB certificate with you. Entry forms will be available at the show on Saturday; entry is free.
